Duties & Responsibility:

  • Manage, audit and optimise product listing on different e-Commerce platforms.
  • Analyse and update keyword-rich and write sales-focused copies/web content with a high conversion rate.
  • Conduct SEO and competitor analysis on different e-Commerce platforms and renowned search engines.
  • Take initiatives to bring in new customers, ensure customer retention and enhance the customer experience.
  • Coordinate overall customer journey into the system and train the team for service improvements.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to execute e-commerce activities and brand marketing
  • Develop strategic business partnerships and maintain existing partnerships.
  • Perform promotional activities for existing and new cs regularly
  • Daily monitoring and analysis of all advertising campaigns.

  • Track and provide insights reports based on data mining and data analytics activities.
  • Prepare data-driven roadmaps for the development of the business and formulate the strategies.
  • Collaborate with the design team to improve UX/UI and have basic knowledge of Design.
  • Capable of analysing advertising graphics contents and able to provide ideas and concepts for graphics content, for example product images on amazon, ebay.
