Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Assistant HR Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department, ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes and contributing to the development and maintenance of a positive and productive work culture.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment processes, from job posting to on-boarding.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts, letters, and employee databases.
- Collaborate with management to support employee development initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating employee events and training programs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance HR processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in the IT industry.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
