As we continue to grow and expand our client base, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a crucial role in our sales team (B2B). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads,building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and social media platforms.
2. Reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and other communication methods to create interest in our services.
3. Assess and qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure alignment with our target market and services.
4. Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads, providing valuable insights and information to facilitate the sales process.
5. Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and position Staff Asia LTD as the solution.
6. Provide support to the sales team by scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to contribute to strategic planning and business development efforts.
Qualifications and Skills:
● One or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong organizational and time management abilities.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Education:
● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
